WOW the Team at Baker and Associates are awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. My husband is a disabled Veteran and this firm handled our bankruptcy. There were minor procedural hick-ups in the way but these guys handled it like a champ. Definitely recommend it for all specially Veterans. Yessenia did our initial intake and she was very thorough, Ms Pagan was wonderful and Sonya Kapp was an excellent closer. These guys are a winning team and Reese Baker was very courteous and responsive to all our questions and concerns. Alfredo was great well.

I paid this firm over $1,500 back in 2017 to sue my former contractor who owes me over $22k. Nothing has been done so far. It takes them months to respond to my emails. I would NOT recommend them at all. What a waste of time and money.

Please find another Law firm to work for u....After I had to dismissed my case..3 Other Lawyers. told me that I shouldn't have never had Baker and Associate's law firm work for me..What I know now I wouldn't gave them a second look...They have put me in the poor house over a car...If I had all this money I would have paid my car off...They give u about 5 or 6 other people working on your case...Now I'm trying to pay them only...I had a list of things on my chapter 13...I see they only had 2 crediter on there....And all these fees I have to pay the firm..I was only working a job making 8.50 an hour's and they was taking most of my little pay check...Mr. Reese told me they can't lower my payments...So I had to cancel everything. My Health Insurance, my storage where I lost everything I owned, And now the car....I spelled everything out please don't go this rought if u don't have to....And if u do Make them give u all your copy's of your Bankruptcy...If u don't ask u won't get a copy....And they still trying to get another 1,400 out of me....Just 💰 hungry....it's sad😭....That is my bad experience with them. Now I have to start all over again....I am relieved I don't have to work with them any more....

Baker and Associates proved to be professional, trustworthy, helpful, and so kind and considerate during our time with them. Bankruptcy is a rough road and they truly were outstanding in working with us and getting us through every step of the way..from the smallest of details to the complicated and stressful steps involved. I explained our situation and they started working on our case right away. AMANDA GINESTA-OSUNA is an awesome very helpful person to work with, always willing to answer all the questions that we had, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! She always answered all my phone calls and emails, never had a communication issue. This firm is unreliable. I contacted them and made them aware of time sensitive situations. Reese Baker assured me that someone would contact me the next day. No one contacted me. I called regularly for two weeks, finally someone said “we don’t know if we’re taking your case. We need to ask Mr. Baker and he’s out of the Country”. I was so disappointed because I was assured by Mr. Baker that my case would be handled immediately. When someone finally did reach out to me she kept asking me for information that I previoysly provided. I lost complete confidence in this firm and asked for my retainer back within two days of paying it. Nothing had been completed on my case and Mr. Reese is refusing to return my retainer. Stay away from this firm!
