I am an attorney and cpa. I have a real estate dispute with another attorney about the meaning of various contractual provisions related to a disputed transaction. I found a case which I believed indicated my client had treated the transaction properly. Opposing counsel believed the case said just the opposite. I engaged Jeff to give his expert opinion on the case. Not only did Jeff agree with my position and explain why, but he also found other grounds and cases which supported my argument that the client had treated the transaction properly.
