Known them well over 20 years, I have refered then a few cases during all this time, never enquirer how they handled the cases. Last year 2015 March, enjoying a beautiful Sunday drive with my elderly parents got hit pretty hard by a lady whom ran the traffic light of Katy Freeway feeder. I came back to this firm, i called my friend Linda, set up appointment and hired them.

The staff are amazing and they handled my case as well as my sister's case as smoothly as possible. I would recommend them anytime!

The only complaint that I have is that I was not in the loop of what was going on with my case and if I sent a email it was not addressed and I had to keep sending email to find out what was going on. Other then that it was a good experience and they did what they said they were going to do. I sent them 2 clients and hope they are as good to them as they were with me. I would use them again Thanks for all you have done to take care of me

I used Simmons and Fletcher for an auto accident and I have been extremely satisfied with the results they brought me!

They addressed my concerns and were able to get back to me in a timely matter.

I was turned down because my injury from the accident was minor (wrist pain) and that they felt it was unfair for them to take me considering they would take a third of it. My concerned wasn't how much I was going to get, I was seeking help to make sure my ER visit for me and my son was accounted for and my prescription to be reimbursed. Instead they basically told me, go do it yourself. I found this company through Google search and WAS absolutely sure I wanted them to take my case considering they had great reviews (reviews is very important to me when finding a company). However, based on my consultation experience only, I'd have to give them a 2 star.

I contacted Simmons and Fletcher the next evening after the accident and they sent a representative up to the Emergency at Memorial Herman the very next morning. A day later Keith Fletcher met me at STICU at Memorial Herman . We interviewed and went down to look in on my wife . We could not talk to her because she was on a ventilator . After that, the whole case was handled very professionally. Case was settled out of court but was documented to go to trial.

I was very pleased with the efficiency Simmons and Fletcher handled my case. Jeannette was understanding and very competent. She kept me informed regularly on the status of my case. I would definitely use them again and would refer them without hesitation! Thank you Simmons and Fletcher!
