Rude lawyer who had called. My parents are immigrants and one of them was asking questions, but the lady on the line was on attack mode. For example, my mom asked where to send the cashiers check and the lady would repeat wrong answers (ex: the total, the fact that it needs to be a cashiers check, etc) instead of just answering the question. When I did interject I had to ask the same question twice, and when she finally answered she stated “I’ve said this before”. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but her tone was very condescending, she was literally yelling, and I don’t think she doesn’t know what an address is… As a first generation kid, stuff like this is always heartbreaking to see. Immigrant parents already have a hard time here and when they’re belittled by rude people who don’t know how to properly communicate, I feel disgusted. If you don’t know how to communicate to clients & opposing parties with respect, I suggest choosing a career path with less interactions with people. Lastly, I’d like to clarify this review is only based on the interaction between my parent, me, and the lady on the phone (who might be one of the lawyers?). However, the other reviewers who left 1 stars were all replied to with a response that had 0 compassion… like at least learn some customer service guys💀 Anyways, I hope they learn from this experience! If anything else happens I will be more than happy to update this review :)

Garbage lawyers representing garbage corpos to hurt tenets and people who'd rather not go through thr headache of litigation. These jokers are certified mailers only, change your name to reprrsent your work: "AINO: attorneys in name only."

I want awards David Mosier, 5 stars because I'm optimistic he will exiled his egregious errors, or mistakes etc..... Communication skills are fundamental to your career of paralegal. Paralegals spend more than 75% of every day communicating in some way with others- either verbal communication written communication. this Gentle man can't explained what he sent the letter to the home owners.. I just asked question and what he replied "case closed and you have a question you can contacting your home owners association (HOA)hung up the phone" Because that simply he is not capable to synthesize information and knowledge to achieve a solutions. The letter he had sent to the home owners at page 2 that doesn't describe debt collections the letter he had sent if you have a question you can call me or email me..How ever I wasn't upset he hung up the call .That just of a very lower Organizations and Time management mindset I believe I just wondering his professionalism & Accountability of A positive Attitude of communication skills questionable . Bellow is to practice and to secure the 5 star's. if not he can makes his own decisions to have them or he can evaluate himself and secure how many star he can deserve of his knowledge.. the practice for him are as follows. .Ability to multitask.. .strong .attention to detail... .willingness to learn... .Expertise in organizations... .Psychic abilities. God is great I always do his will.🙏

Sadly the reception that answers the phone for the law firm wouldn’t even send the information I provided, to an lawyer, about my accident because I advised the claim was overturned due to an incorrect police report. I advised her the evidence/damage from my vehicle clearly showed who was at fault by the insurance adjuster and registration for my car was requested for payout. This is a bad faith claim. Factual evidence verses an opinion of a negligent investigation will always trump at the end. I was under the assumption that a lawyer would guide and direct the proper steps to possibly get the officer to amend the report with the video evidence I have to support the entire incident. And even though it’s not common so many other factors support the correct information. Wish my experience would have went different :( But I suppose she was doing as taught.
