Trey Stiles carefully walked me through every step when probating my husband's will. I am not one for legalese, and he walked me through every part of it. I was allowed to ask as many questions along the way ( which I did). He provided the expert guidance, knowledge and experience that I needed to accomplish my task. I would highly recommend Trey Stiles.

Trey is very knowledgeable and experienced. He prepared our estate planning documents quickly and guided us step by step through the signing process as we were in a different location than his offices. He is very friendly and engaging and always responded quickly if I needed to discuss something with him. I highly recommend him if you need any estate planning or have other probate issues.

Trey Stiles is an excellent Will and Estate attorney.
He's an accomplished professional and very amicable and pleasant to work with.
From our first phone call, email correspondence, to our initial office meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. There wasn't a question he wouldn't answer promptly. At the Will signing all went smoothly and timely.

A family member passed away without a will, and Trey helped with getting the debts handled and the assets distributed. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable with all my questions. On rare occasions when he didn't know the answer, he researched it and got back to me in a timely manner. Every time I contacted him, he was always very responsive and replied to me within a day.

Trey did a great job negotiating our family settlement with our family and our step-family related by marriage due to the fact there were multiple conflicting wills and prenups in play. He avoided costly legal work and court appearances and worked with me and all family members and the other family's attorney in a constructive way to leave all members feeling they got a fair settlement. Trey is very easy to work with, very friendly and able to answer questions in his area of expertise. Highly recommend Trey.

Trey was terrific. Our family had a bit of an unusual situation needing to draw up 4 intermingled wills. Trey was flexible with us as getting 4 people with differing work schedules was a challenge. He was easy to work with, flexible with our schedules and truly understood our needs.

I can recommend Trey Stiles with no reservations to assist anyone who needs to make out a will and to make decisions about final hospital stays. He was patient with my delaying tactics once I had gotten on board, but prompted me in such a way as to spring me into action. A friend, suspicious that he might be a shyster, investigated as if Agatha Christie's Miss Marple and found that he has an impeccable reputation. He is both a stickler for details and an understanding, warm-blooded person. I am grateful to have secured him as my attorney.

We had wills re-done due to changed circumstances and Mr. Stiles was able to prepare new ones along with accompanying powers of attorney documents very quickly. He was very responsive, and all communications with him were clear and concise. It was a pleasure to work with him.
