What a wonderful experience I had with Bobby and his wife. I had very specific ring I had in mind with a very specific type of diamond (Lazare) for my significant other. Bobby and his wife were very informative and probably saved me about 1.5 grand on my ring had I not found him. He travelled out of state to NYC to get the ring too! Robert’s Fine Jewelry is absolutely the best independent jeweler in Houston. They have the ability to accommodate any request and any budget. I went to Robert’s to have a custom sapphire engagement ring built. Bobby took the time to listen to what my vision was and he asked strategic questions to ensure I got exactly what I had envisioned. He had exceptional communication throughout the entire process and was always available for phone calls or in office visits. The pricing was upfront, fair, and very clear (the ring came in under budget). His vast knowledge of jewelry and attention to customer service is what makes him the best in town.

My fiance and I came to Bobby for our engagement ring. He helped us with a custom design and the finished product was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. Throughout the process, Bobby was available, honest, and informative. Given that Bobby doesn't operate out of a giant commercial jewelry store, we were also able to get a great price for an incredible diamond.
