Bobby recreated an engagement band that was unrepairable. His attention to detail throughout the entire process was amazing--phone calls, estimates, explanations and even a 3-d image before it was made. I couldn't be happier with the service and my new (old!) ring!

Had the best experience at Robert's Fine Jewelry today. Pick up repairs - pearls were restrung and returned to me with a beautiful luster, changes made in diamond piece to make it more adaptable to other chains, and made purchases for gifts. Mira and Bobby were so personable and helpful. Easy and enjoyable experience.

Bobby and Mira are wonderful people to work with. If you tell Bobby you have an idea, he will be able to give you advice and walk you through the pros and cons of styling rings/diamonds/bands in certain ways. He is an excellent jeweler and guide. I purchased an engagement ring and me and my fiancée’s wedding bands here. All 3 turned out to be terrific and just like we had envisioned. Very responsive, nice, and easy to work with.
