Regarding a closing on 10/4/2023 at this title company... Pros: -They were generally responsive to emails near closing date. Cons: - We had originally scheduled closing for 10/3/2023. They scheduled our closing on top of an internal meeting they already had. In short, they double-booked us. Consequently, they punished us for their mistake by delaying our closing to another day, ultimate landing on 10/4. - They had incurred numerical entry errors on the HUD. We had to request corrections.

We had an excellent experience while at closing with Ernesto. He is such a professional and very outstanding individual.

Was an okay experience. Communication could have been better on their end to the client. But the house sold and we got our money so it's just whatever.

I couldn't be more happy with the amount of support and kindness that Olu, Sedona and the rest of the team. With all of the hard work that they have out into this case for me! With all of the task being completed in a timely manner and the result of my case, there isn't one injury law firm I would ever consider going to. I promise will be the future if anything other injury were to occurs.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Mr. Olorunsola and Ms. McDonald. Unfortunate for the reason behind working with them, but pleasure because they were the absolute best. It was my first ever accident so I was clueless, to say the least. I contacted them the following day and they were at my door the next business day. They wasted no time to get to work and cared about me and my wellbeing throughout the case. Constantly reaching out via phone or emails and sometimes text. The communication was fantastic and they answered any and all questions/concerns. My health was made priority and we made certain that was in a place I was comfortable with. Now in regard to the settlement, they fought for the best outcome possible and they more than delivered when all was said and done. I only have positives to speak about the people I worked with and HIGHLY recommend them. Whenever I hear someone around me has been involved in an accident I’ve been saying go to TJH. Thank you again to Mr. Olorunsola and Ms. McDonald. I am grateful for the peace of mind you have given me.
