I use Walker Texas Lawyer last year to handle a truck hitting me while I was on 610 loop. Luckily I was able to take a picture of the truck that hit me. Mr. Walker turned my case over to Stoney and he went to work. The first thing he did was locate the trucking company for the driver. Of course the driver tried to claim he didn't hit me. Stoney got me into physical therapy and got my vehicle repaired while he worked with the trucking company to find the truth. Once my physical therapy was completed it took Stoney about six months to get the trucking company to except fault and he got me $150,000.00 for a fender bender hit and run.
