When you are accused of something you need a lawyer that will stand up for you not just take deals. Before this experience I felt passed around the system and toyed with. Brandon actually went in and fought for me. It is only by the grace of God that I found and used Brandon to represent me with my legal troubles. He was confident and re-assured me not to worry through the whole experience. And although they tried to offer deal after deal, Brandon wouldn't give in and eventually they had to drop my felony case. This is your guy.

Mr. Hart is a WINNER! I needed his services twice and both times we won. I went in looking to get visitation with my daughter and ended up getting more visitation time than the norm with the service of Mr. Hart. We went to trial a second time after an issue and we won again. His price is low compared to other attorneys.

Ok, so the 1 star may, or may not, be inaccurate. However, it applies to the level of customer service that their employees provide. My case has not been litigated yet. Let me just say this, I called to inquire about concerns not related to my current lawsuit, but concerns about other possible lawsuits based upon personal issues not to be discussed here, and whomever the woman was that answered the phone was, was extremely rude. The woman she transferred me to was extremely rude as well (call center). If these guys don't get me the settlement that I deserve once the case is all put together, because of the amount of impertinence I received from their female counterparts, I will indeed take my case elsewhere, and will NOT pay a dime for services rendered. It seems as if you two (Mr. Reich & Mr. Binstock) need to thin the herd a little, these cows just may be costing you guys good business.
