Within a year, lack of communication. The only time communication was initiated was when I called. The only thing I received was a phone number to another attorneys office that DID communicate that they wouldn't be able to assist and still no communication from Reich & Binstock. Highly do not recommend.

Contacted this law firm in regards to parental alienation. I was appalled and very insulted with Mr. Harts lack of care and unprofessional demeanor. I explained my current legal situation and why I felt his services were needed. After explaining my legal situation, Mr Hart looked up my case and his various responses in our brief conversation was “so you don’t want to pay your lawyer $25,000? Idk many people that have $25,000 just sitting in the bank. As far as why wouldn’t recommend this bias and unprofessional individual is because he said “well why don’t you just let her live with her mother”, after he asked me who she wanted to live with.I attempted to explain the importance of the case but Mr Hart made it obvious he didn’t care. If you seek help with what you believe is parental alienation.. don’t use waste time is using this individual. Find someone else. If anyone shouldn’t be allowed to practice law of any kind..it should be this low life.

Had a very unfair family assault case for a second time (I know, it was a toxic rel 🤦🏻‍♀️) called this law firm and was very much felt supported by Brandon the way he spoke and understood me so I hired him but I’m going to be honest I have been ignored by them during the process multiple times and they did lack communication (specially with Brandon himself) which is very important to have (Never had this issue with any other lawyers) so that did put me under much more pressure as I was already in but eventually after about 10 months they did got my case dismissed although there was not any evidence against me (just bunch of lies from my ex) but still was tricky cause it happened for a second time. Anyway I’m grateful just shared my experience and still I do recommend them if you don’t care to have Communication with your lawyer much.
