I am a few years too late on this review but Jessica Murphy helped me with my auto accident case back in 2019. Her communication was top-notch and never hesitated to explain every step of the process; especially when I didn't understand. Thanks to her I was able to get the medical attention I needed. This was a referral from a friend and will be my go-to should I need her services again.

I hired Vong Law Firm to handle my car accident where I was side swiped by another vehicle. The other driver took full responsibility and their insurance agreed to pay, therefore a simple and straightforward case. That couldn't have been further from the truth; from the lack of communication, failure with any follow through and no sense of urgency our case stretched out to over half a year. Excuses after excuses and taking absolutely no responsibility, John and his team ended up dropping the ball and now we are left searching for other representation.

Recently I was involved in a car accident where the driver ran over the stop sign and hit my car . I had no idea on what to do after that as I and my son were both in the car and both were injured. I recently was involved in a drunk driver accident this past summer. It was very hard to work, walk, or even take care of my dogs. John literally took care of me from day one. This lawyer and firm is trash!!! They don’t communicate they are very unprofessional. You will be able to tell by just getting his contract letter! He dropped my case and can not be professional to let me know. Instead he called my doctor so he can call me and let me know the news! Whatever you do, Don not waste you time with this law firm!

I hired him for a car accident case. He never replies the emails, calls or/and text messages. I had to call the insurance company myself and asked for the case status. The case supposed to be closed and settled by now but I never receive a check or anything regarding the case settlement. I tried to reach out to one of the attorneys but they all seem like disappeared.

stay away from this lawyer.i'm are a victims for hired wrong lawyer.he is lie and like never answer my phone call. i have to hired another lawyer to take my cases back and i try to contact with Council lawyer to help me.now 1 year already. i still don't know what happened with my car accident cases
