On 05/29/19 I employed the law firm of Boudreaux/Hunter to represent me in an A.I.D. arbitration hearing with Steve Bavousett in June 2019. The O.C. objected but arbitrator allowed my hearing. My lawyers did not object to the manipulations of the O.C. which lead to several court hearing resets, mediation and arbitration on 03/10/2021 at 1 pm. This hearing date was agreed upon on 12/11/2020. On 03/09/2021 at 3 pm Kevin Hunter emailed saying the court processor could not serve my key witness though he had 12 weeks to secure witnesses for the 03/10/2021 arbitration. It is unprofessional to reschedule an hearing 22 hours prior to the arbitration with several parties. In 27 emails he pleaded for a delay which shows he neglected my case except to keep billing me since 06/2019. Kevin Hunter did not act with reasonable diligence and promptness in my case so I did not get professional representation.

I hired Kevin to help me with modifications that I needed to make to my divorce decree that had to do with my child. I just wish I would have found Kevin and his team when I was going through my actual divorce. Everyone was completely professional while still very personable. I know that if I ever need anything in the future I will be in good hands.
