Regarding a closing on 10/4/2023 at this title company... Pros: -They were generally responsive to emails near closing date. Cons: - We had originally scheduled closing for 10/3/2023. They scheduled our closing on top of an internal meeting they already had. In short, they double-booked us. Consequently, they punished us for their mistake by delaying our closing to another day, ultimate landing on 10/4. - They had incurred numerical entry errors on the HUD. We had to request corrections.
