We were in a very horrible motorcycle accident in 2021 . A car struck us from behind as we were at a stop light. The car was traveling over speed limit and was texting and driving at the time we were hit. After all the surgeries and therapy and the many doctor’s appointments our team of lawyers made sure they helped with ever step along the way and made us feel so comfortable knowing we were important clients and took care of every thing we needed. I Had a very positive experience. All the attorneys on my case did a good job but I have to say the attorney that came in when things didn't seem to be happening at a pace I wanted or I was getting confused was wonderful. I mean she came in like a lightning bolt. Got things done. Always answered me right away. I never once had to wait days or weeks for a call back. She was efficient, she was always honest no matter if it was good or bad news. She really cared about Mt situation . She even worked when she was out of town on personal time.. I just can't say enough. She went above and beyond. Her name was Paola Barbieri. I'm so grateful she helped put my life back on track literally. Thank you, Ms. Paola Barbieri.

I am employed on a per transaction basis with my broker.  Patten title company is holding commissions from them because they say that my broker owes money to a third party that has NOTHING to do with the transaction I worked on.  My broker provided documentation showing balance paid  in full and they will not give the money owed to us for the work we did because the unrelated party disputes the amount owed. This is not right.  This is not okay. I don't make the most money like Ashley Patten and I work hard for my money.  It feels like these guys prey on the little guys, but it’s the little guys that can have the biggest voice. Do not risk your commissions with this title company.

BEWARE! Patten Title Company is acting outside the scope of their role as a title company. In collusion with a third party, they are withholding my commission (of a very substantial amount) due from a property sale. I have never had any dealings nor business transactions with this third party! Patten Title’s conniving actions are causing very serious damages to my business operations and responsibilities. No other title company would even entertain withholding commissions to please an unassociated third party! BEWARE!
