I closed on the sale of my home on December 7, 2022 and asked Ernesto why I was not credited 24 days of interest on the loan and he said I should make a side deal with the buyer. Every home that does not close on the 1st day of the month has interest credited for the remaining days of the month. Thank you for costing me $571.00 of interest.
