Patten Title Company is amongst the best title companies in Houston. They have consistently provided me with a high level of service. I typically use Closing Team 2 - Miranda is always on top of things & Shea is so knowledgeable. They're communication is great and their Qualia system is also fantastic. I really enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solid title company to work with.

Seriously, this was a seamless transaction despite some challenges on our end. They were ready and willing to assist! What I appreciate most is the constant communication, Qualia (amazing platform), and I never felt like I was bother if I had a question. They also are so frickin' nice that it's scary. I love that!
