Thank You Miranda, Arjuna, and the entire Closing Team!

I started in the mortgage business in 2006 and was immediately introduced to Patten title Company, since then I have worked with many title companies over the years. I wanted to write this review and tell the world that there are not words that can truly express how great closing team 2 has taken care of every file I send them. If I have any say in the matter every loan I can close is coming to Patten! Not only is the team great but the owner Ashley Patten will almost always be glad to help in anyway that he can. Lisa Murcia, have been a breath of fresh air. She is constantly trying to drum up more business and enjoys partnering with me to get that business so it is done right. Patten Title Company, you have built and excellent team (I would have never expected anything less) yet, everyone once in a while they still continue to raise the bar higher when I didn’t think it could be done.

Avery, Claudia and her team went above and beyond with our transaction! We had several challenges and hurdles to navigate, and we leaned on Patten Title to help us where needed. We appreciate their good communication, and highly recommend them to handle your future home transactions. Thanks again!

Efficient and transparent title company.

I have worked with and known Patten for just shy of 20 years. I bought my first home and closed on it with them and when I sold it I demanded to use Patten. There isn't a title company out there that cares about it's customers the way Patten does. Now all this time later I'm behind the scenes helping others get into or out of their homes working for Patten as an Escrow Assistant. I love this company
