Thank you to Sedona McDonald and Olumide Orunsola for finalizing my case. Sedona was very helpful when I reached out for information on my case. I didn’t expect to have 5-6 different attorneys over the course of my case. That was one of the reasons for 4 stars.

If you are going through the home buying process I would HIGHLY suggest patten. They customer service is top tier and Avery is Ms. Get it done ! My whole experience down to close was absolutely delightful and I’ll be using them for my next purchase! :)

Most other experiences with this title company have gone very smooth but as of late they have seemed extremely disorganized and caused many holdups in our transaction and didn't communicate. To make everything all worse they sent payment to the wrong address. Closing Team 1 in particular

We were recommended this firm by an attorney who used to work there. From intake to present state of affairs, we've encountered unprofessional disorganized law firm which is too large and too disconnected from clients to handle their cases in the efficient matter. In a span of 6 months , my daughter's case was handled by 3 or 4 different attorneys who would start working with us , then either get reassigned to another case or quit the firm (this place seems to have high turn around of attorneys - another red flag ) and we would have to start over because there was no hand off. One of the attorneys we dealt with , Alex Logan , was barely aware of what our case was about, but once he left the firm (abruptly and no communication provided to us whatsoever), he failed to upload the records we have forwarded to him and our current attorney had to request them again They have so many cases that they have NO clue who you are and what your case entails . They confuse the details of your case (like they kept saying my daughter was driving during her accident while she was a passenger etc) . They cc case managers (these people change too ) and paralegals , but you never hear from them unless you follow up . I imagine if you have a high profile or litigation case they can make lots of money off , they will assign someone more senior and have more consistency because they are invested . However , if you have an average MVA case , you are just a number . Huge disappointment, lack of consistency, poor communication and unprofessional delivery . AVOID! Here is what one paralegal from this firm wrote on Indeed: (May 5, 2023) (most a year later nothing has changed ): " too much drama and disorganized system . People quit left and right . Clients and teams are constantly being switched around " . Executives and management ! If are reading this review, this should be a wake up call for you.

Great experience overall. Wonderful and knowledgeable team and always available to answer all our questions.

From start to finish was very pleased with how they conduct business, communication is key in real estate transaction and was very please with how secure and easy they made the process.

I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of title assistance!

Olumide and Sedona were very attentive and kept myself and my daughter well informed. The process went very smooth and they did exactly what they said they would. If not the TJH Team, most likely our settlement would have been next to nothing.

Although the full office we were in touch with always returned calls right away and were very helpful, I will say one more thing. Team 1 was fabulous! We were buying in Houston from Montana. They worked closely with our lender to arrange a full closing online! As odd as it is to buy site unseen, they knew our concerns and worked closely with our realtor as well. Thank you Patten Title for making our closing as seamless as possible!

I had a wonderful closing experience at Patten Title Company on 3/8/2024. Closer Ernesto Garcia did a great job and escrow assistant Rosie should also be commended. I would certainly recommend this title company should you be looking for a knowledgeable and responsive Title Company.
