I called them from the hospital & told them the details of the wreck. I was at a stop light & was rear ended, I'm in so much pain. So I asked the details as far as payment & he let me know the lawyers will get 35%. I then replied "oh wow", & he said "well try going against the insurance company yourself". That was so rude! This would be my first time coming to a lawyer for help so I was just surprised at the 35% I was not complaining, but for him to be so rude is a big red flag! I will go somewhere else where they are not rude & at least care about the client. UPDATE: HANK STOUT IS AMAZING! HE PERSONALLY REACHED OUT TO ME, APOLOGIZED, & HELPED ME WITH MY ACCIDENT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO HIM IF YOU ARE EVER IN AN ACCIDENT, I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT HOW NICE & ATTENTIVE HE WAS. TRUST ME HE IS AMAZING!

I am forever grateful for Mr. Stout! He jumped in and fixed a situation where two minor children lost their father in a car accident, and a rotten attorney tried to take advantage of the two children by taking their money. Mr. Stout made things right for the two little girls, and did not charge attorney fees! He put forth many hours of investigation and efforts to straighten out a crooked matter, and I promise you he will make every attempt to make things right for you. We are forever grateful!

Great PI firm. My settlement wasn't high dollar, but they did what I couldn't do, negotiated down my insurance companies subrogation lien by over half.
