I was a desperate mom, trying to come out of a psychologically and emotionally abusive matrimony. I have being sued by my "husband" for the custody of my daughter, but he had not filed for the divorce. Due to I was having serious economical issues by that time, I went with a pro-bono lawyer, but my case did not move forward, and I was scared of losing my daughter. Because of her awesome work, I stayed being the primary custodian of my daughter. My daughter's father just got visitations.
