Grossly incompetent and lazy. It seems like as soon they realized the case wasn’t going to be as easy as they thought, they just stopped working. It took over a year to sort my case out and it only happened because I had to get other people involved. If you are thinking of working with them, then do yourself a favor and don’t listen to their nonsense and just walk away. The lawyer I was assigned to wouldn’t even answer my calls anymore after the first month or so. I genuinely feel bad for the people leaving positive reviews as they likely would’ve reached far better outcomes with another firm. Only go to McCray if you want a firm that ignores you and costs you time and money with their lies and lack of work ethic, professionalism, etc
