Investor here. I walked into a complicated, months-long situation where a large investment company was playing games with a senior citizen by trying to invalidate his redemption claim. Imagine that, they were kicking a man while he was already down. The man was simply trying to get his property back after his house went to auction due to an HOA issue. I wanted to help out since he was financially distressed. My realtor referred us over to The Lane Law Firm and they took us under their wing. They made an agreement between the original owner and myself, and dealt with that investment company’s attorneys and client who was playing all sorts of mind games and tricks - the other side even tried to offload the property on the MLS/HAR despite the redemption claim, but The Lane Law Firm put a stop to that too. Long story short, The Lane Law Firm was able to get this man’s property back and he was finally able to sell it to me with The Lane Law Firm handling everything from start to finish. The original owner was able to walk away scot-free with no headaches attached. Everybody won except the big guy. Special thanks to Joshua and especially Mike Baker, who was pretty much our main contact and who got bombarded with my emails. If they were guard dogs, they would be a rottweiler and german shepherd. They look out for you and have alot of bite. Frances, the intake relationship manager was also a pleasure to work with and she eased us in smoothly. I really liked the fact that I could communicate by email or phone and they were responsive, very convenient. They’re upfront and straight-to-the-point too. Fair and honest. These guys are 100% legit, they stuck it to the big guy, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The office works for the best interest to their customers and try their best to get a new roof covered by insurance companies even the tough insurance companies firmly denied claims based on their interest. Lawyers in the office are determined to fight for their customers as they understand that destroyed or damaged roof by a storm, hail, or other disaster can be a traumatic experience. They will work with you to tackle trickery and deceit from the insurance companies until a new roof is settled . Satisfaction is guaranteed at my sides.
