The Lane Law Firm is absolutely fabulous. They are professional, courteous and brilliant at what they do. After exiting a year long forbearance plan my mortgage company refused to work with me on a repayment plan or loan modification. Even though they had said that I would not have to repay the deferred payments in one lump sum, that is exactly what they demanded or face foreclosure. After numerous phone calls, letters, documents, tears and panic I called The Lane Law Group. They really listened to my situation and walked me through the whole process. They assigned my case to a wonderful team. Frances Melendez was my Client Relationship Manager and the kindest most compassionate professional. She helped keep me calm and explained the process in detail. I could call or email her with any and all questions. Brenda Ramirez was my attorney’s legal assistant and she handled all the documents and made sure that my paperwork was complete. Mike Baker the Finance Manager set up a payment plan that worked best for me. My attorney Josh Gordon is the best in his field. He is a fierce advocate and fighter for his clients. He got my loan modification AND a settlement! I am so happy that I chose this amazing firm to represent me. They saved my home. I highly recommend them!
