Most rudest customer service from a representative. Please don’t call to ask questions , she treated me like I was ignorant , when all I wanted was to ask a question. Mrs. Mandy was her name but not only was she rude but did not answer none of my questions, angrily by the way. I recommend who ever she works for to teach her good customer service and when someone chooses you out of 100 of competitors I would suggest to them to have their staff treat people with more respect. Regarding your response to my review on 12/27/20: Answering my legal questions has nothing to do with good customer service sir, I suggest you record the calls and see what I mean by Poor customer service to your potential clients.
