Highly recommended. I had a particular immigration case. After having a bad experience with another immigration attorney, finally, I was referred to this office. After 18 months, my immigration status was approved. I'm very grateful to all the attorneys and employees for their commitment and professionalism showed while handling my case.

All of the staff and service are nice. The lawyers are very professional and knowledgeable, provided precise visa solutions across the US and Canada, with the options of H1b, Canadian work permit, B1, grace period, etc.

Everyone was nice and they showed knowledge about immigration law. They also replied in a timely manner. These are all great, I would have hired them but while corresponding through email they suddenly asked for a consultation fee after the "service" was rendered. This would have been fine but it was not something that was discussed prior to the start of the correspondence.

I am actually surprised by the other reviews and wonder if the positive reviews are false as well. I was referred by Legalshield (pre-paid legal). During the consultation, I was told to send documents to Mr. Fong and that he would follow up with the embassy and other local lawyers. He assured me that this was included in the consultation fee. However, after the consultation, he had done neither. He even stopped responding to my e-mails when I asked for the status of what he said he would do during the consultation. The "consultation" was definitely not worth the fee. I received better service and true consultation from another lawyer who suggested that I file a writ of mandamus. However, she had not done any before. Thus, the reason why I came to this office, only to be told to continue with the legal advice that I was previously given (which had a consultation fee of a fifth of this price).

Mr. Fong has provided counsel and advice to my sister-in-law from South Africa. He and his staff understand the intricacies of immigration law and guided her through to get her green card status. Their firm promptly returns calls and follows up to keep all concerned informed of status updates and changes. Their actions demonstrate that they care deeply and personally about their clients.
