I was nervous about the naturalization process and didn't want to make any mistakes, so I decided to use Fong Ilagan to guide me through everything. I am hard of hearing, but all of the staff were so kind and patient, and I always felt like I had the support I needed. Mr. Fong also attended my USCIS interview with me, which really helped to ease my nerves. From the first consultation to my oath ceremony, the whole process took less than a year, which was much faster than I expected. I am truly thankful for everyone at Fong Ilagan for making such a complicated process so easy for me, and I am proud to say I am now a US citizen!

My family consists of four members, and we have been loyal clients of Fong Law Firm for 15 years (2007-2022). Throughout the application process, we always received legal advice from Mr Fong and team for each document to obtain the Permanent Residency and the US citizenship. The files were carefully prepared, always started with drafts and finished with numerous reviews before sending the final version to USCIS. Prior to COVID, the interview preparation sessions were held at the Fong Law Firm office in person. During the Covid time, they were organized online via Microsoft Team and we discussed everything directly with Mr Fong. During the interviews, we were each accompanied by a lawyer from his firm multiple times. Among those, Mr Fong personally accompanied us twice. When the USCIS requested us for some additional documents, Fong Law Firm gave us detailed instructions to make it easier for us to collect the photos and supporting documents, hence the application was quickly approved by the USCIS. Now that my family are all naturalized US citizens, we would like to share our sincere appreciation to Fong & Ilagan Law Firm and strongly recommend their services to any future potential clients.
