We hired him as our attorney to do owner financing for us for the very first time! We talked on the phone, and we told him that we knew nothing about owner financing! He only told us the documents he needed, , the costs and the date for signing signature! On the signing day, he had made multiple mistakes that we luckily caught and had to wait for him to go back and forth to fix it! He did not advise us on how low the interest rate was considering the low 3% down payment! He also had forgotten to require the buyers to pay escrow money for the insurance on the Note, which has caused some serious problems! If you try to reach him, go luck with that, he is either not in the office or not available and may take him weeks to return your call, if ever! And when he does, anytime there is a problem in the contact he will turn right back at you and blame on you as “you must have asked me to do so, I had never done such a thing before, etc) He sounds and behave more like a dishonest salesman rather than an attorney! He may be a bit less expensive than others, but, that could also turn into a hugely expensive matter! Do not, and I strongly repeat, do not waste your, time and money with this guy, you may end up in deep legal problems like me!

I closed on on my home and turned in the keys for the homeowners. They had a place to go, that night I did not. This company did not transfer our money to the bank til it was late. How do you close on a home but not make sure funding is secured before? Then i complained and was told “ I did the best I could do”. Forgive me if I am wrong, but the whole process seemed very unorganized. I was out of luck as a seller while a new buyer enjoyed their home for the weekend, the outcome seemed very unfair. Very unprofessional,do not recommend them because they made an already stressful situation more difficult.
