My experience with Makris law firm was long awaited but successful. So anyone that is applying for disability and is denied, all I can say is hang in there and stay positive. They will work with you to get what you worked for. I worked for 35 years and was no longer able to work anymore in the labor force.

Took about 6 months from start to finish but I was approved on the initial filing, no appeal needed. Thank you for helping me during the worst time of my life.

I love this law firm and all the team members that make up this firm! They never let me down and they were there for me all the way. Each time I called I would get an immediate response…no wait time, no “we’ll call you later”, no “the attorney is not available” and all those frustrating delays you see in other firms! Even on the rare occasions I called and didn’t get the attorney, she made it her priority to call me back asap! TOTALLY ACCESSIBLE! Very awesome! Very impressive! If there is anything more than 5 stars, Attorney Theresa deserves it. She has everything it takes to be the BEST PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER IN H-Town! Thanks Ma’am! I’ll definitely be back if need be!

I would give Makris Law Firm & its staff and associates a 10 out of 5 stars!! I applied for SSD on my own, & of course, I was denied. For the next 4 years I tried to maintain employment, & it kept getting harder. One day I had a major fall & was not released to return to work, so 7 months later I applied for help at Makris Law Firm. Six (6) months after I filed I had to move in with my daughter & her family in another state because I simply could not provide for myself. Makris Law Firm would contract with attorneys in that state when needed, & I was so grateful for & impressed with the way my case was being handled. After an initial & recertification denial, I was scheduled for a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, & my SSD was approved. If you need help with your disability, Makris Law Firm should be your go-to attorney!
