“I was rear ended on interstate 10 near Katy at the 99 flyover. I was sitting still in traffic. A kid texting at over 70 miles per hour rear ended me. It totaled both cars. It was so violent it broke the drivers seat and left me laying face up. I have a herniated disc in my L4 L5 and three bulging discs in my neck. We went to court and even with the admission of guilt by the guy who hit me and the preponderance of the evidence that he hit me from behind the Webster Law Firm still lost the case and I got nothing not a dime.”
