Lack of communication and updates from the firm
“The worst thing you can do for yourself is trust these people. I was told my case would only take 6 months but ended up taking 4 years; I had to continuously call them in order to get an update.”

“Horrible service, in a process that, as they themselves said, was "very simple", I generated all the documentation myself, and they changed it and put things that were not even true, they CONFUSED my case and did not give any update on the process, I have to find out through other means what is happening with my application, if you received documentation they don't even let you know!”
