I think needs to work more in customer service.
When people call a law office is because need advice to the situation we are living,
I talk twice with this people and both times bed.

I waited over 2 years. My final appeal wasn't won. They couldn't even get my address right. They refused to continue for me after my court day. I wasted my time.
