They are a great team to have on your side. They get back with you in a reasonable time frame, with answers to any questions that you leave. They explained the process at a comfortable level without making you feel like you are asked something outrageous or stupid when you talk about what you think you heard them say. The same group stayed with me through the whole process, start to finish, so you don't get that passed around or the who was I talking to this time feeling.
