Never again will ever use this law firm . They did not even stay in touch with me and would hardly ever return my phone calls. I lost my cases and i am still in pain and have a other health problems. I am to the point of being homeless. I did not hear from a lawyer the night before the cases. I think it who they know you when your cases . Also I have the freedom of speech to write this . Please do not Harass me or write me thank you .

Mr. Makris and his Firm are not only Professional and Caring, but compassionate and thorough. I found this to be True when in need of Legal counsel for disability. Any thing worth while requires time and patience, so I never felt neglected. I recommend anyone to this Firm, and will return to them if need be.

Whatever you do, never use these people. They sat on my case for over 3.5 years and never focused on the main issues. As 100% disabled veteran with TBI and array of other symptoms, they couldn't get the job done. The only hearing was with no preparation, which could have won the case at that level, but they let it get to the appeals stage...to top it off, after the appeals was denied and set for a circuit court appeals, they dropped my case ...sad firm. They are to big! They don't mind loosing cases because they get them in all over Texas.

I highly recommend the Makris Law firm to anyone needing a great disability lawyer. The Makris law firm handled both my SSD and private disability insurance cases. Both cases were handled quickly, very professionally with successful outcome to both. It was very clear that Mr. Makris and his staff are very knowledgeble in this area of law. Mr. Makris himself took time to speak to my husband and I and answer any questions we had. Thanks to the Makris law firm, my SSD case was approved the first time, my insurance appeal was quickly resolved as well. I don’t understand negative feedback items, some are just outlandish. If a client has an issue with a staff member, I would suggest speaking to Mr Makris as I would bet he’d resolve the issue ASAP. He makes himself available to clients and is very caring and has the clients best interest at heart.

Started out great at first, but over the next two years the office staff (Jessica) dropped the ball. No clear communication with me. Finally went before judge in February this year won case for SSD yes!! , But once again no communication From staff at office. Law firm received their $$$ in July, but I'm still waiting for my back payment. Wow all it takes is clear communication. I called Social security & went to my local office. Now waiting on my $$$. If my lawyer office would have care d after they received their funds back in July just a follow up would have been nice. 😞😞.

I found the services provided by this law firm to be excellent. All of the staff that I dealt with were courteous, professional and handled the case expediently. I was very impressed with their services, and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

They took my case, but dropped the ball and my case was denied by the ss administration due to lack of medical records or thereof. since then i was promised not once but twice that they would handle the appeal and its been 10 months now since that promise and this firm has not i repeat has not file ANYTHING on my behalf. incompetence negligence empty promises and lies. DO NOT let this firm handle any of your sensitive paperwork, if your life depends on it. i am also by the looks of the other reviews a victim of Jessica's Incompetence (hugo castro)

I had tried unsuccessfully several times to get SS disability . After engaging Victor , I got my benefits sooner than I could expect . Thank You Victor

...mine happened about two years ago....I had been sick forever it seemed. I applied for ssd and Social Security treated me like crap.....I geve up!....then as things got worse I applied again with Binder.....and absolutely NOTHING happened....got discouraged and gave up......then I saw a Makris commercial and gave them a call......I had to start over again!....filled out a million page of stuff.......they said just be patient.....a month or so later I got a letter from SSI saying I was accepted......Don't know whatt they did that I didn't but they did it....I should not have given up......like they said because I lost alot.....so DON'T wait!
