I am beyond frustrated no one answers emails or calls. When you call and need to speak with someone the receptionist is rude doesn’t let you speak or explain why you are calling. My case was submitted to social security with nothing in it and now I am on appeal I spent over an hour a month ago giving access to medical records and emailing them to the lady handling my case and still it’s not in my file. I have called and left messages on the voice mail no one calls back and I have sent emails and no reply. My case is on appeal with half of the documentation that I have given to them. I called today to speak with a supervisor and no one is available nor the person working on my case. I don’t know how anything gets done if you don’t do it yourself. They requested medical records one time which was last year in December and that is the only request they have sent and they said they didn’t get the records when I asked why they haven’t sent another request it’s been almost a year the lady told me I can do it myself. This law firm is not what they say they are and I have literally given them everything they need and it’s still not all submitted on my appeal. I have been waiting over a year and 3 months and hope I don’t get denied again due to their lack of effort. This is beyond frustrating to say the least. I have done all the work to get the documentation to them and all they have to do is submit it in the appeal and they haven’t even done that. It’s ridiculous! Update: So I was finally able to speak with someone there and she said she would make sure my do uments got submitted. So now that wveryrhing is in my file ( so they say) maybe I’ll have a chance at my appeal. But today Dec 4 I got a call from the attorneys office ( the maybe 3 rd call ever in over a year) asking me to take down my review. Apparently Mr. Marquis the attorney seen my review and had them ask me to take my review down. He made sure for her to tell me that he is going to post against my review since they now have submitted everything. I am not taking my review down because it is the truth. She asked several times for me to please take it down because now my case is getting attention and everything has been submitted. The fact that they made the call to ask me to take down my review instead of speaking to me about what is next with my case goes to show where the concern is. So Mr. Marquis you can post against my review if you would like to but the fact of the matter is this is who you have working for you and how your clients are treated so perhaps instead of calling clients requesting they take their review down you should call a meeting and speak to your staff about how to treat clients and their work ethic. So no I’m not taking my review down because when my case goes thru you will deduct your money but I won’t get paid for the work I had to do that you promised you would do as my attorney.

Just,no. I'm glad so many other people have had such great luck with this firm. Ive never spoken to Victor makris. Only to other office staff who made it clear that they aren't my attorney, Victor makris is.they all have another title of one sort or another. I contacted makris law firm in order to secure good representation and expedite the process. I've only had disappointment and frustration. I'm certain that makris law firm has represented me poorly to ensure that when my case is approved it would be at its maximum cash value to the firm. Communication is nearly impossible with these people after getting signed up as every call usually ends in voicemail. Like I said, glad it's working out for someone. But as for me? Just no Wow... Mr makris, I guess I figured out how to contact you. Too bad that you are my attorney and would rather have this discussion in a public forum than to call me for a decent conversation personally. Yes. Communication is difficult when you have a problem with using a phone. But I don't. My phone number and email have been the same for a couple of years now. No, I didn't hire you by mail, I came to your office in person to fill out and sign that massive stack of paperwork to retain your services, But I don't expect you to know that as we have never met. Got Lisa's phone call this morning though. She ordered me to take down this review or you'll be withdrawing from my case. Guess honest reviews bother you. I've tried a few times to get your office to withdraw from my case for representation and fees so I can get better representation but in reality I think those are the only times I've been able to get a phone call from Ms Lisa. As you can see, I have not removed the review. Will you now withdraw from my case for representation AND fees? At last.

They were cordially and efficient. Responded fast and process my SSI quickly.
