My daughter was solicited to this law firm through a tow truck driver so I called to have them release her because they were giving her a hard time when she asked to be released. I called and initially spoke with Alex who transferred me to the “case manager” Cailyn who answered the phone very aggressively and said she would not provide me with documentation for a release. I told her I would call the Texas state bar to report them for this and she decided to hang up on me. Since I didn’t get to speak to the attorney id like to give benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re not aware of this particular employee, but either way this is very sketchy and unprofessional of them.

The employees nguyen/Chen will accept your case and do their best to solve the matter at hand, they constantly check on you, when dealing with your help, if possible give these guys a call when you’re in need of help, clean people, clean environment and prompt results
