Nguyen&Chen did good job on my case. I'm Happy with my attorney Brian and Yaou.

I hired Mr. Chen’s law firm to help with my EB1 immigration case in 2014 and they did a wonderful job in getting my case approved by USCIS in just a few days. Mr. Chen is a very nice person and his legal writing team is very professional. In 2019, I worked with Nguyen-Chen again on a small claim case and Mr. Yaou Li provided very professional legal advice which helped me recover most of my loss in a few months. For legal issues, Nguyen-Chen will always be my top choice.

One of the Best Immigration Services in Houston If I had to recommend an excellent immigration lawyer to anyone it would be Earvin and his assistant Crystal without any hesitation. My journey to becoming a permanent resident has been very stressful. My first case with Nguyen & Chen law firm is my H1B case. We got the request for evidence from USCIS and as we know the deny rate is very high back to 2017. I started from nothing and Earvin worked very hard with me, analyze the RFE reason and prepare all the evidence to the USCIS officer. Crystal was available any time I needed her (even holidays) and always made sure we were on top of what I needed to do. In 2020, I married my fiancee and we started working on our second immigration case. Earvin and Crystal treated us like family and guided us not only through this case but also gave us a lot of life advice because at the end of the day we are just a very young couple that needed a lot of help. We are more confident when we prepare the new Form I-944 which is a new marriage immigration form requested by USCIS to show proof of self-sufficiency starting Feb. 2020. Crystal was there for us in more ways than we can even imagine and we are so thankful that we met her and could work with her. She is so knowledgeable that answer any immigration questions that we had. The team is passionate about my case and I believe as well as any other clients' cases because I know they are extremely professional. Overall, Earvin and Crystal gave us the hope and confidence we needed when we thought that we feel depressed. We particularly recommend Crystal to anyone if she can get involved in your case. 2021 Update: they recently got my O1 visa approved! Excellent work! My case is immigration petition. They helped me file both Eb1a and NIW. Their lawyers are very professional and assistants are responsive and considerate. Really appreciate their efforts!

They did pretty good job to resolve our litigation, especially Mr. Hongbin and Yaou with good knowledge. They always keep you informed, so that you don't have to worry about your case. Really thankful.
