I would like to be fair in my assessment of Nguyen and Chen Law Firm. I have noticed that most of the reviews have involved divorce cases, our case was a Consumer Dispute Resolution. Maybe they are better divorce lawyers, but we did not receive minimally good representation. Brian was extremely nice and personable; in fact, I am confident that he would have done a more professional job for my wife and I. But after our initial cancellation we did not hear from Brian until after we'd realized that VERY little was being done with our case. We have now had to secured an additional attorney and have received more information and peace from our first cancellation than the entire stressful ordeal with Nguyen & Chen. Not only did the firm not help us, they did very little to satisfy our grieves hereafter. VERY disappointed in Nguyen & Chen services.....or lack thereof.

The team at Nguyen & Chen is highly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. I used to work here part-time and have seen what goes on behind the scenes, and I would recommend Nguyen & Chen! Clients come first and Brian and his team take the time to keep clients updated and help them understand different parts of the legal process. Office staff members are professional, organized, and responsive, and you can count on walking in and being greeted with a smile. The team works extremely hard and everyone is busy, but office morale is high-- that says something about this firm! Keep up the great work!
