I chose them based off their reviews compared to other car accident law firms i hear advertised frequently on the radio whos reviews aren't that great. This was my first time being in this type of situation and I'm glad I chose them to fight for me. Yaret was assigned to my case and has been more than helpful. She actually cares and took the time to get to know me on a personal basis which put me at ease. She has kept me up to date monthly if not weekly, on my case status and has truly went to bat for what I've asked for. Hopefully I never end up in this situation again but if I do I'm calling them for sure. I would refer anyone i know to use this company!

BLOOD FROM A TURNIP That’s an old saying about something you can’t get, blood from a turnip. Well, Mr. Herbert and his team did just that for me. I was injured on faulty equipment at a fitness gym facility that let their liability insurance lapse. On top of that, the facility was sold to new owners after my injury. New owners supposedly had no responsibility to handle my claim. Furthermore, I had signed an injury waiver that protected the facility from injury claims. Mr. Herbert took on this seemingly impossible set of the obstacles and got me a very adequate settlement from it. He literally pulled off the impossible. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough!

Yaret don't answer my calls or my text, I been trying to reach her since Friday. I been calling the office all day long and no body answer the phone. I will appreciate if someone would communicate back with me thanks.
