crazy to sit here and see everyone have such an amazing experience with this law firm while i’ve been calling since October to get an update on my case and every time i call i get the same message, “your legal team isn’t available but we can pass forward the message for you” i don’t think it’s that hard to give an update on someone’s case rather it’s that the insurance company hasn’t reviewed anything yet or they decided not to do anything but an update is better than nothing.
