It's very frustrating because NO ONE will give you an update. You can't reach them bc they have a middleman answering phones and does not allow you to talk to someone. I just don't get it! I've emailed, called and no response. All a client wants is some, just a little communication.

I just want to say that we Mindy and I were not the only ones that took 4 yrs, see all other one star comments. You are correct about us being in jail, due to living on the streets because the accident. You also failed to mentioned that D Miller lost his license for fraud prior to taking our case, since we are putting personal information out there to justify your actions. Hey but in itself your response shows the level of professionalism. I will leave it at that. Stay far away from this and D Miller law firm!!! Oh and you did cuss out my mother n law and hung up, acting power of attorney, her. Will be reporting this to the Texas Bar Association….

We were hit by a drunk driver on 11-19-2018 we had underinsured motorist coverage up to $100,000 and we lost our 2 month old vehicle and our work was dependant upon our vehicle, we lost EVERYTHING and ended up living on the streets. We just now got our settlement after 4 years. A measley $1,700. Kyle Chapel, our attorney was so rude, he cussed us out and hung up on us. They never return phone calls. If you had an accident look elsewhere for representation.

Well it's been over a year since I heard anything from anyone in any form and had been dealing with this since 2017 I don't see the point anymore

It’s been 4 years. You’ve already settled with one insurance company and kept all the money. You won’t return emails and I have to beg for updates. It’s always “we are waiting on” or “ that guy doesn’t work here anymore and I found your file on his old desk”. Please, if your reading this review, stay far far away from this joke. Michael G. I’m just skeptical of any firm that brags about taking cases to trial like these guys do—Sounds like a scam to get a larger cut of client payout to me.

Be careful if you hire this attorney. They are really bad at communication. They have very horrible manners. They speak to you as if you work for them. It is 2021 and my case has not been settled since 2017. This has to be the worst Law Firm in Houston! Please consider other law firms don't find out the hard way like I did.
