I work in property management and reached out to The Law Office of Ernie Garcia when we needed legal assistance on evictions that filed for an appeal. We chose them because of how quickly we received flyers/letters in the mail notifying us that they could assist us and we just went for it! We couldn't of asked for better attorneys! When Ernie was not available to assist he made sure his partner Richard did, and when Richard isn't available he makes sure one of his assistants stays communicated with any updates or any need to knows via phone and email. They have handle our eviction cases for several months now, and have been doing a phenomenal job! We would most definitely recommend them to anyone seeking legal counsel. They are very thorough, hands on, and committed to providing us with top notch service.

I had a situation that no one have had seen before. It started during the COVID out break. The Law Office of Ernie Garcia help me close a chapter of my life that has haunt me for 20 yr. There rates are reasonable and work was in a timely manner. During the Covid the courts shut down and work didn't stop with Ernie Garcia. We were ahead of are opponents and they didn't see what hit them. That Hurricane that seasons was named Ernie. Thank you to Ernie Garcia and his team. If your being unjust, I highly recommend giving them a call. P.S I see a couple of negative review and I can give some review on that. During the Covid be patient if people where sick and staff level was zero. To the guy that's disabled there are lawyer that have to do promo for low income that the government pays. The guy that complain about the consultation fee. I looked for free consultation but nothing is free nothing. If your running a business and lost 100 dollars a day for a year. That could pay your staff or a raise and let someone take that from you. The money pit person if you guilty you guilty all he can do is show you the best way with less pain to get through your bad decisions you have made so you can start a fresh beginning. I made some bad decisions and Ernie found my path to a new fresh start in life. The Law is the Law and it doesn't have emotions. I couldn't do it without Ernie and his team. Thank you!

Evictions didn't used to be complicated. When tenants didn't follow through with their obligations, I would just file, go to the hearing and present the situation & documents to the JP in the area the property was located in. After about 5 minutes in front of the judge, it'd be over with. In my latest eviction, the tenant delayed resolution at every turn and started cutting into my time on other projects that needed my attention and I was getting frustrated. Ironically, Attorney Ernie Garcia randomly popped up on my YouTube feed... which was interesting because I hadn't searched or watched any videos relating to real estate. I liked the way he presented his approach on Landlord-Tenant issues and noticed he was local to me in Houston so I called his office the next day to retain his services. He took over my case from where I left off and got the job done in the minimum amount of time required by the courts with his team updating me at every turn. The law firm did an outstanding job navigating the obstacles put in place by the city and county at the time from the ongoing pandemic, kept in constant communication with the court, clerks, officers and myself as well as securing the necessary writs and filing my default judgment. Retaining the law firm was cost effective and I was able to save a tremendous amount of time from this distraction that was being taken from other projects.
