Lawyer Sardari was great in helping me with my case, not only did he get it dismissed but with a reasonably price!

This group advocated for a greedy landlord who stole our last month rent and security deposit and tried to sue us for 20k for damages due to the property maintenance negligence from pipes bursting. When it was found out the landlord was double dipping from the insurance the judge ruled in our favor. By that time, we spent thousands of dollars defending ourselves against Ernie and the landlord. All for nothing. I get that this is a business but lawyers need to understand you hurt good honest folk when you defend liars and scammers.

We have had many attorneys over the years, but Mr Garcia and his team are the easiest to work with and bring a very deep set of experience to us as Landlords. As you may know, Mr. Garcia is very generous with sharing information via Social Media and has given us many hours of free education - education that has helped us improve our success as Landlords and also in keeping our tenants happy! Regarding his firm's paid services, we have used Mr Garcia's team for proactive help (crafting new lease agreements) as well as some very difficult situations (tenants with terminal illness) that we were able to handle better due to Mr Garcia's wise advice. You need to have BOTH a head and a heart to be a good landlord, and Mr. Garcia helps us and many others ensure that there is a good balance there. Being a landlord isn't easy, and many of us are learning as we go - we've saved us and our tenants a lot of frustration due to his help. We'd give 6 stars if we could!

Scheduled a 30 minute consultation for $199 that only lasted about 13 minutes. I didn't even get to speak with Mr. Garcia, it seemed they were not interested in the issue. Charging that amount for a consultation that didn't even make it to half of the 30 minutes is ridiculous on top of not even being of any help on the situation.

Mike was great, he set me up with a payment plan and he explained the process of getting my dwi dismissed clearly so I didn't have any questions. Finally he got my case dismissed, I couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Mike!

There were several charges that I thought were invalid or unwarranted, so left a bad taste in my mouth. -They Charged me for a conversation that I had already stated the answers to in a previous email. He said he would not charge me for that, but I was charged. -They should have asked all the necessary questions before drafting the documents. This would have avoided me getting charged for 2 additional conversations, 2 edits and 2 emails. -I shouldn’t have been charged for revisions and emails needed due to their errors. This happened twice because of their typos/errors. -After I emailed my final approval of the documents, I was charged for their response which was just him asking if ‘there was there anything else I needed’. -When I replied no, I was charged for his reply which was just ‘thanks for letting him know’. -Then I was charged for them making a draft of a letter thanking me, stating my case is closed and emailing it to me. -Finally, I was charged again for an email with my detailed invoice. Aside from that, the documents were prepared well, and everything was resolved in a timely manner.
