Our experience with Naimeh Salem & Associates, PLLC started out rocky to be honest. We started with case manager who was not attentive and left us with more questions than answers and NEVER communicated our concerns to Attorney Naimeh. We spoke to Attorney Naimeh in person regarding everything that was happening, and she made sure we had another case manager who was more attentive and actually felt like she cared about our case. Since we met our new paralegal, Paola Perez, she has been wonderful and always answering our questions. Both Attorney Naimeh and Paola Perez have given us the confidence back that our case is being handled with the upmost care and attentiveness.

If I could give 10 stars, I would do it with no hesitation. A young sweet lady named Kayleen helped me with my case. She made it so simple and easy for me to understand what was going on. I truly appreciate the dedication she has. Not to say that I expected my process to take longer than what it did. It was truly a quick process. Highly recommended
