Mike is the best attorney I have ever worked with. (And I have hired TONS of attorneys of all types). He has the experience to take your case through litigation and give you the voice to be heard. There are so many attorneys out there and it’s hard to pick one. He is by far the most professional. His legal skills are true artwork not many can master. Communication with his office was outstanding (he never leaves you wondering what’s going on, as so many other attorneys seem to do). His billing process was clear. I highly recommend him. Mike was recommended to me by another attorney who used him for family matters.

A year and a half ago I filed for divorce and hired a cheap attorney not knowing anything about how difficult this journey would be that I was embarking on. After a month into my divorce I realized quickly that this would be immensely difficult and had doubts. In family law it is absolutely true that you get what you put in. I found Mike through word of mouth, another success story, and dropped the first attorney as fast as I could. I am forever grateful I did. My divorce was intensely complex with a multi-generational custody battle split four ways and Mike navigated through it all. He was always fair, always realistic and demonstrated integrity where the opposing council failed repeatedly. He represented me in hearing after hearing, mediation after mediation and finally a week long trial against two other attorney's and a pro-se. He was relentless, factual, professional and compassionate. He never lost sight of what is obtainable, fair and most importantly what is in the best interest of my children. Ultimately we succeeded beyond my expectations and while it largely depends on your independent case, having Mike as your attorney will be one of the best decisions through this process you can make. Mike's experience and knowledge in this practice is second to none. He brings tenacity and integrity to the court room that I have not seen before or since. Mr. Von Blon has been my attorney for 5 years. I have had several court situations come up with my ex-husband concerning the children. I came to know Mike by referral. I had interviewed someone else but I didn't want someone who was looking to destroy my ex-wife. I wanted a fair outcome for all involved and resolved amicably. Mike is not only as good of an attorney as I have ever had but I've grown to respect him as a person and his moral compass and faith. Additionally, not only have I been able to stay in my house but Mike made it possible for me to gain 100% ownership/equity in my home so that when I sell it the money goes to me and me only. That was a huge win for me! The day I had to appear in court was a very sad day (lots of tears) but Mike was so nurturing and professional at the same time. I don't think I could have gotten through it without him. Thanks much in part to Mike, my ex and I have ended on very amicable terms and even more importantly our daughters have done well too. Exceptional family attorney who is very knowledgeable of the law and passionate about his clients situations. Mike attempts to reach the best possible agreement for his clients to avoid going to court.
