If i could give negative stars I would. First off let me say that I have a very complex child support case and was desperate to find someone to work on my case. They took my money and had the audacity to ask for my email address so they could send me a bill for the services they have provided. I paid 2500 as a retainer and was told that amount would cover the filing of the paperwork. Whats sad is i really believed that maybe someone in this world cared that my child was kidnapped. I curse this place and all who work here. They constantly tell me the person that is working on my case has left the company. You would be better at representing yourself. Runnnnnnnn. I wouldy pay you to NOT use their services.

I paid thousands of dollars to this law firm to modify my case in receiving child support and at 1st everything was going great with me getting a response. A couple months later and nothing. I have been reaching out since then and no response, no call back, no reply to emails and here we are, a year and a half later and still no answer. The person i was assigned to has the initials K.A.

When you hear all the horror stories about attorneys this firm is it! There’s little to no communication or update on anything. They weren’t honest on what they did nor seemed to have our best interest. Just money hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. I’m suprised they still have their BAR license’s.

I did a consultation with Mr.Woodfill he provided me with sound legal advice. I would highly recommend his firm. His staff is compassionate and knowledgeable towards his clients, and will achieve your wishes!!!

I do not even know where to start. Where is the zero star option? This has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a place of business for me. The sad part is that this establishment preys on the most vulnerable people who need help the most. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I hired another attorney that has done more in 2 weeks than this firm has done in months. After getting the run around numerous times, I called and requested an itemized statement, for NOTHING TO BE DONE ON MY CASE, and a refund of my retainer. I even went up to the office in person and asked for a refund, a lawyer Raven showed me my itemized statement, which was the same as the one I received, then I got the run around again, it’s always someone will call you back or our finance manager quit without notice but your refund is coming. That was 2 weeks ago. Now someone called me today and said we want to work on your case. Seriously! So I again say I want a refund but now it’s less than half of what I was due 2 weeks ago. Absolutely nothing at all was done on my case, and every time I did speak with someone they had no clue who I was or what I needed, or if I was even a client! They took my money with no problem, but now there are only problems. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and a small claims case. I have to pay my real lawyer Mr. John Powell III, who is actually working on my case and helping me; I don’t have 1500$ to get scammed out of. Now I’m having to miss work to file a small claims case. This company is a scam that takes advantage of people who need help. That’s completely unacceptable and despicable. They are the worst kind of thieves, and act like thugs. All I know is that regular hardworking people should not do business with this firm because you will lose your money and they will not give it back. You’ll have to take them to court and spend more money and time on top of what you already needed done.

I have been in contact with several other attorney offices. I have found that this was the best one. Jared truly cared about my problems. He listened to everything I had to say. I had several questions and Jared was more then happy to answer them. He treated me with respect and dignity, His paralegal was awesome as well. I highly recommend this law office. I will use them again. They are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of experience

They didn't even show up for me in Court to represent me in my divorce, very disappointed for sure over my divorce. I was trusting in my representative attorney.

Don't waste your time!!! The reviews are absolutely on point. This lawfirm is a joke!!! I signed and paid my retainer fee upfront back in September!! Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing has been done or filed on my case. I call and call for updates and it's always the run around. Someone new will call if I request my full refund. They'll talk like somethings going to be done and weeks later no call no email no response. They got tricky and decided to charge me for the calls I made to get updates since no one would update me and that right there is how they decided to scam me out of my money and not a single paper filed on my case. Run!!! Don't walk!! Stay away from this place. Believe the reviews. They are real!!!

I asked for help with a custody case in 2022 of December, they never returned phone calls, they dropped my case, they refused to come to court for me. They put me and my daughter in a bad situation because of their failure to follow through. I just lost several thousand dollars to a Law firm that has no interest in helping mothers get custody of their children in emergency situations. They are not worth your money. They will take your money and leave you hanging.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I wish I went with my first option in lawyers, instead I trusted a family friend. Currently undergoing a child custody case I’ve had 2 intermediate Zoom meeting. 4 months apart .. haven’t gotten a court date and it’s almost been a year since I’ve opened my case up. No updates from my lawyer not to mention the exception this is extremely rude I called to ask some questions in regards to my case and she told me to hold on, but then hung up on me. Seems like I can never get a hold of my lawyer through email or phone calls in regards to my case. So if you can avoid Woodfill law firm, do so. Thank you.

We paid our retainer fee over 2 months ago and they still refuse to send us a receipt. We have called multiple times and the from office staff tells us they will forward the request to our attorney, but we never get a resonspe back. At this point we need the payment information to file taxes. This has been such and inconvenience. Would not recommend.
