I’m completely over this waiting process of a settled case. I call to update Myself weekly now because here it is right at the very end and I feel as if they are handling my case as if it’s nothing to them now. I’ve been going through the clearance of lien holding for a couple months now. I can speak with one person that will very much detail me on my case but it’s also one who’s basically tired of me calling about my Money!!! Who don’t call if your not informed on a settled case your just waiting on money for!! I’m gonna call weekly until my money is to me! This process is the worst experience I’ve seen so far!!!! I’m over it, it’s the holidays which they are very much aware I was gave notice back in Late August early September that my case would be closed by end September. Here we are going into a new year. Wish they never emailed me with all the wrongs updates and now is very much aggravated that I’m calling weekly and not wanting to update me the truth on my case I’m over it! Never again using this firm!!!!

BCH has been very helpful. Jesse Campos was very patient and helpful walking me through the process of filling out documents online.

Laurence and his team were great in assisting my husband and I in his automobile defect case. So thankful for their thoroughness and not giving in. I could not be more grateful for this firm. Aaron Heckaman and his team were incredible. Their communication was unmatched. Every phone call and email were responded to quickly. Aaron was compassionate, and walked me through every step of the way. He and his team always made me feel like we were in this together and he did a great job of educating me on my options and my possible courses of action. The level of attention and genuine caring was something I had not expected from a large firm. Knowing I was in the best hands and had an army behind me was reassuring durning an unsure time. My Mom, Ruth Rickson, passed away last November from Mesothelioma. Eric Birge started the case and Kimberly Kim has been maintaining the process along with the entire BCH legal Team. They have been responsive and have always followed up. While we are still waiting trial, scheduled for January 2021, some settlement claims have come through. So far the BCH legal initiative has been timely and proactive; we are pleased with their overall performance and professionalism.

I always got a response when I had to get a hold of my lawyer. They stuck it out and kept fighting for me and I'm very thankful for that. Thank you.. I recommend this firm because they don't give up and will fight for you!!
