I personally don’t like talking to different people on the case because each time it’s 30 days for 2 yrs and 3 month now and still no claims have been handed out or nothing no phone calls or emails unless I do it first they should update people monthly or something to let them no what’s going on Linda Gibbs was a little help and was good but good grief I know it don’t take this long for a class action or law suit to take all this time to get anything or hear anything without making the first phone call all the time I Think they could do better with communication with clients
