This firm out to be shut down in all of their locations horrible customer service lack of follow through on my case for three years gross negligence intentional infliction of emotional distress and attorney incompetence …please everyone who had been impacted, I urge you to report attorneys Don and Meagan to the State Bar of Texas. They deserve to be disbarred.

They are trying to drain your settlement by telling you to keep calling them after never getting a return call or email repeatedly calling them so they can charge you the full amount of your settlement! Prove me wrong McDonald!

I trust the Freeman Law Firm and feel confident recommending them to anyone with a legal issue involving Civil Trial or Personal Injury.

After 5 and a half years they have been lying to me and not doing their job. I have been throughout the years sending all information regarding updates on medical procedures new specialists my diagnosises and phone numbers to all the Dr's I have been seeing. This afternoon I find out that they stopped inputting my information and updating my case as of 2018. From 2017 till present I have had 18 abdominal surgeries and the fact that surgeries from 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023 as well as my most recent in 2024 are not in my case file is completely absurd. If they have such incompetence that they can't update mediacal records which that information is pertinent to cases like mine, what else are they not doing and I really feel that they don't have my best interest at heart. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone with any type of legal issues.

I'm in extreme distress with McDonald Worley lawfirm ! I've been waiting for my settlement check for a year! Prior to that, it took a few years just for my IVC filter case to be filled! There's been months before receiving any updates or communication from anyone! I'm thinking they're not legitimate Lawyers! It's been a horrendous experience!! I'm going to seek out help to recover my settlement check! NOONE CARES ABOUT YOU OR COMMITTED TO SERVING THEY'RE CLIINTS! 💔💔💔

All I can say is ridiculous! This law firm has been handling my case for 5 years now almost 6 and still nothing! A really big joke. They really do not care about their clients and they just tell them what they want them to hear at the moment. I am really considering having another lawyer from another law firm look into this law firm because it is ridiculous! Smh I need to know what is going on with my case and my settlement.

Thanks to Adrienne Haney for assisting me with the probate process during a difficult time in my life. She always responded to my emailed questions rather quickly, and did a great job in assisting and preparing me for every step along the way leading up to the court meeting. She was such a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
