Hi my name is Gail I would like to start out by thanking McDonald and Worley for all of their help in getting the justice for my deceased brother and me and my family. my brother died on August the 28th of 2020 from a nursing home neglect and abuse, this situation was new to me I was totally heartbroken confused and didn't know what to do I decided that I needed to get an attorney so I just decided to Google as I was googling and looking for a law firm I came across McDonald's and Worley I don't know why but I chose them they stuck out to me I said I'm going to call them so I did this would be the start of a long journey. Mr Cox my attorney was very kind understanding very professional very thorough and very smart he explained our journey and was there for me every step of the way he is an amazing attorney he looked out for my best interest and also I would like to say thank you to Mrs Karie Lyons what an amazing very smart woman she is she is very good at what she does she knows her job she does it very well she was also there with me every step of the way she is very patient and thoughtful and thorough I actually grew a bond with her she is a very caring understanding person an asset to Mr Cox and the McDonald's firm she knows what she's doing she's always calmed me down when I was going through it I grew to love her from afar I can't wait until I go to Texas to give her a big hug I would like to thank Mr Cox and Mrs Karie Lyons for their help in my situation I am very appreciative to them both and McDonald and Worley I would recommend their law firm to anyone you can't go wrong or lose with them much love for them they fought a good fight and we came out on top Mr Cox and Mrs Lyons are an asset to McDonald and Worley and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
